Release notes for mBox

2026-07-17 The AI assistant now shows projects, rules, and findings as rich cards and charts, understands your inbox, and keeps your draft when you minimize it.

New

  • The AI assistant can now show projects, rules, and review findings as rich, clickable cards. When it lists several at once, you get a quick side preview so you can scan them without opening each one, and findings link straight to the exact spot on the image.
  • The AI assistant can now turn data into charts — bar, line, and donut — so results are easier to read at a glance.
  • You can now ask the AI assistant about your inbox, and it can rank your submissions by how many review issues they have.
  • The AI assistant can now ask you a quick multiple-choice question when it needs you to pick between options — for example, when a name could mean more than one thing, or to confirm whether to create something new or edit an existing item.
  • When you send comments for approval, your staged review comments now carry over so they're ready and visible.
  • You can now export the Projects page with a new Export action.

Improved

  • Assistant tables are cleaner and easier to read, with clearer status colors instead of a wall of red.
  • PDFs and attachments in the AI assistant are handled more efficiently, so chats stay fast and responsive.

Fixed

  • Your typed-but-unsent message in the AI assistant is now kept when you minimize the chat window, instead of being lost.
  • Starting a new knowledge base or research topic from a suggested prompt no longer accidentally ties it to the page you happen to be on.
